These are the terms for our website subscription, in plain English. By ticking the box on our signup page you agree to them.
Who we are
Roundhouse Web is a sole trader, Ryan Anstey, trading as Roundhouse Web. You can reach us at [email protected] or on 07919 915450.
The service
For your monthly fee we provide:
- A website of up to five pages: Home, Services, Areas covered, Reviews and Contact/quote
- Click-to-call and a quote form delivered to your inbox
- Your domain (registered in your name), hosting and SSL
- Your Google Business Profile set up or tidied, and your Google reviews shown on the site
- Small changes within two working days
- A short monthly email about the enquiries your site has brought in
More pages, Google Ads management and content packages are paid extras, quoted and agreed with you before we start.
Price and payment
The price is £99 a month, with no setup fee, paid by Direct Debit. Prices exclude VAT; we are not VAT-registered. If that changes we will tell you in writing before it affects what you pay.
Term
The minimum term is 12 months from the day your site goes live. After that the subscription rolls on month to month. Either of us can end it by giving 30 days' written notice by email.
Your domain
Your domain is registered in your name. While you are a client we manage its DNS settings so your site and email keep working, and we hand that control over to you whenever you ask.
Leaving
When you leave after the minimum term, you keep your domain. You can buy the site outright for £299, or ask for a copy of your content instead. Once the subscription ends and any purchase is complete, we take the site down.
Changes
Small changes, such as updating text, prices, photos or opening hours, are made within two working days of your email, subject to fair use. Larger work, such as new pages or a redesign, is quoted separately and agreed with you first.
Our liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for lost business, lost profits or lost enquiries. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
